Sr. Project Manager, Compliance

Overview:

The Senior Project Manager, Compliance Consultant is a contract consulting role supporting California-based health plans and delegated entity clients across delegation oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement initiatives.

 

This role requires hands-on experience in the California managed care environment, including oversight of delegated functions subject to DMHC, DHCS, CMS, and NCQA requirements. While the consultant will independently lead and co-lead delegation oversight activities, the role is intentionally broader and includes project management, policy and procedure development, workflow documentation, audit tool creation, and regulatory research across multiple client engagements.

Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering a variety of complex projects while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data, reporting, and operational processes.  This role combines strong project management expertise with advanced data acumen, requiring the ability to manage cross-functional workflows, validate datasets and reporting outputs, and enforce rigorous quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards.

 

The ideal candidate is analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to think critically, identify risks and discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement across survey operations.  This individual will serve as a key liaison between operations, data/reporting, analytics, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and high-quality deliverables.

 

This candidate must possess superior critical thinking skills and work independently as well as collaboratively.

Data Analyst, Health Care Surveys

Position Type: Contract to Hire

Overview:

The Data Analyst – Health Care Surveys role supports healthcare survey, reporting, and data management
initiatives through data analysis, quality assurance, and operational support activities to help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of healthcare data and reporting outputs.

 

This position is responsible for performing data validation and quality assessment activities, assisting with survey preparation and administration across multiple survey modes, generating routine and ad hoc reports, identifying, and resolving data discrepancies, and supporting data management processes for internal and external stakeholders.

 

The role works collaboratively with cross functional project teams to maintain efficient data workflows and high-quality deliverables while providing opportunities to develop technical, analytical, and programming skills in a dynamic healthcare data environment.
