Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, highly capable Assistant to the CEO to support the Founder & CEO of a growing healthcare consulting firm. This is a newly created role for a professional who is earlier in their career, has California healthcare experience, and is ready to take on real responsibility in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role and not a Chief of Staff position. Instead, this role blends executive coordination with initiative ownership, cross-functional follow-through, and strategic support. The Assistant to the CEO operates as an extension of the CEO, helping translate priorities into action, managing follow-ups, and supporting execution across the organization.
You will attend select executive and client meetings, capture strategic direction, draft materials in the CEO’s voice, and coordinate with internal and external partners. Over time, the scope of the role may grow based on performance and organizational needs.

Overview:
The Senior Project Manager, Compliance Consultant is a contract consulting role supporting California-based health plans and delegated entity clients across delegation oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement initiatives.
This role requires hands-on experience in the California managed care environment, including oversight of delegated functions subject to DMHC, DHCS, CMS, and NCQA requirements. While the consultant will independently lead and co-lead delegation oversight activities, the role is intentionally broader and includes project management, policy and procedure development, workflow documentation, audit tool creation, and regulatory research across multiple client engagements.
